Delicious Cranberry Tuna Salad Recipe

This delicious, healthy, and easy-to-prepare tuna salad is a gift from the gods. It is my favorite tuna salad recipe.


Yield: Makes 20 servings


Ingredients:


4 cans tuna in oil


200 grams dried cranberries


2 freshly squeezed limes


1 diced medium red onion


20 saltine crackers


Directions:


Step 1


In a large bowl, combine the tuna with the oil, dried cranberries, freshly squeezed lime juice, and diced onion. Using a fork, mix well until thoroughly combined. Let the salad stand for 30 minutes until the flavors have combined. Spread evenly over saltine crackers. Serve.
